Please note kindly that it is our policy to make sure that provided the ordered good is in stock that it is posted within 2 days, by which we then notify our customer by email providing them with the reference tracking number of the item.  Should the certain product in question be out of stock we will notify our customer immediately.  If for any reason the postal service goes on strike or does not deliver on time, we cannot assume responsibility for their actions.

2) How long will an order take to be delivered?

Please Note: If you place an order by 4pm, Monday-Friday, it will be despatched first class recorded delivery next day morning. If an order is placed by 1pm on Sunday, it will be despatched first class recorded delivery on Monday morning. Usually it will take 4-5 working days for the order to arrive. Please note this is also depends on your local postal service as well. **Due to the bad weather conditions or in the events that the Royal Mail has issued a strike, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays inccured.**

- PLEASE NOTE: there are ocassions where your requested suit may not be in stock, in the event we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm its status.

***If for some reason a suit is urgently required, we would highly suggest first contacting us to confirm whether the required suit and size and colour or style is in stock. This will benifit both us and the customers, we require at least 4-5 working days for such urgencies to process such request***
